However, they also require today's and tomorrow's workforce to develop new skills and knowledge to keep up with the changing landscape.

Our project is dedicated to exploring how learning communities can enhance the learning, collaboration, and innovation of employees. We are developing methods and tools to better support these communities, helping individuals and organizations stay ahead in the digital age. By doing so, we aim to better prepare for the ongoing digital transformation and drive faster, more effective innovation.
